  •  GRMC Hospice has served over 1,000 patients and their families in our community in the last 5 years.
  •  An average day of hospice service costs $150.
  • Hospice provides patients with skilled nursing care, personal care, medications, education and medical equipment, as well as assists patients and families with emotional and spiritual support to decrease the stress and anxiety surrounding end-of-life and end-of-life care.
  • The Hospice Bereavement team provides surviving family members with ongoing bereavement support and grief counseling to ensure healthy emotional healing.
  • All proceeds will benefit the GRMC Hospice program with a portion designated for the endowment fund.
